Credentialing

Credentialing Services performs the delegated credentialing function for the OhioHealth Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). This service provides practices with one-stop credentialing for payer contracts and OhioHealth hospitals (physicians only complete one credentialing application that encompasses all CIN contracts). We report credentialing information and all demographic changes to contracted payers on behalf of CIN physicians.

Additionally, we offer delegated credentialing for Advanced Practice Providers and Allied Health Professionals* employed by practices within the CIN.
